By placing any bid, buyers are agreeing to out T & C’s.

To place any bid, you must have a valid debit or credit card registered.

By winning a lot, you agree that payment will be taken immediately after the auction time has finished.

Cost of Post & Packaging, invoice will be sent to your registered email and payment will be automatically taken from your registered payment choice, items will be sent via signed, tracked and insured ONLY, no exceptions.

If any payment fails, your account will be blocked, there is a £50 admin fee to reinstate your account. If payment fails a second time, there will be a £75 admin fee, a third time and your account and along with any other accounts at the registered address will be blocked permanently.

Prior to bidding, Buyers must satisfy themselves as to the condition of lots in person at Studio 2 or by our Appointment to View service. Neither the Seller nor Long Dog Art Ltd (nor any employees or agents) are responsible for any errors of description, and no warranty is given. Your statutory rights are not affected.
